These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of HRCoach AI. By creating an account or using HRCoach AI, you agree to these Terms.
HRCoach AI provides AI-assisted workplace guidance, drafting tools, coaching support, employee-management tools, documentation assistance, and related features intended to assist managers and organizations.
HRCoach AI does not provide legal advice and is not a substitute for qualified legal counsel, professional human resources advice, or your organization's policies and procedures.
Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content and making their own workplace and employment decisions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Information provided during registration must be accurate and current.
You may only submit employee, workplace, or organizational information that you are authorized to access, use, and process.
You should avoid entering unnecessary highly sensitive information, including Social Security numbers, financial account information, medical information, passwords, or other confidential credentials.
Artificial intelligence can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate information. AI-generated responses must be reviewed by the user before being relied upon or used in the workplace.
HRCoach AI should not be used as the sole basis for legally sensitive employment decisions.
Paid HRCoach AI plans may include a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method may be required to begin a trial.
Unless canceled before the end of the trial, the selected subscription automatically converts to a paid monthly subscription and the applicable subscription fee is charged to the payment method on file.
Subscription pricing is displayed before checkout. Applicable taxes may be added where required.
Subscriptions may be canceled through the billing management tools provided within HRCoach AI.
When cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current trial or billing period, access may continue through that period and the subscription will not renew afterward.
Except where required by applicable law, subscription charges that have already been processed are generally non-refundable. If you believe a billing error occurred, contact HRCoach AI support.
You may not use HRCoach AI to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others, gain unauthorized access to systems or information, distribute malicious software, interfere with the service, or misuse employee or workplace information.
We work to keep HRCoach AI available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued as the service evolves.
HRCoach AI relies on third-party providers for services such as cloud hosting, databases, artificial intelligence processing, payment processing, and email delivery. Use of those services may also be subject to the providers' applicable terms and policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HRCoach AI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or reliance on AI-generated content.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The date shown at the top of this page identifies the latest revision.
